Louise Avery Flowers, the Hampshire, West-Sussex and Surrey florist now offering bouquet deliveries. We’ve all been there haven’t we. We’ve got a sister or sister in-law’s birthday coming up and we can’t meet her. We really want to say a big thankyou to a friend or neighbour who has been so, so, supportive. We’ve got a staff member who is doing a really great job,,,,above and beyond! We’re missing popping round to a friends for a coffee and want to say thinking of you. We know someone who has recently been bereaved. Or we’ve got a wedding anniversary coming up.There are so many different reasons for sending flowers and a little cheer AND we all know someone who would like to receive a bouquet too.

Not sure how to order a good quality, value for money, personally created gift bouquet?

Maybe you want to send flowers but aren’t sure how to get this organised. [This might apply to a few of our lovely guys out there!!?!] You might not know a good florist in the area. What will the flowers actually be like? Where might they have come from? Both relevant questions. Additionally, value for money is sometimes a concern. And it’s a given that good customer service is always essential. Simple, quick and easy payment methods are important too. Naturally, with the current situation we are all trying to be more mindful of small businesses and local traders. Particularly as they really do need all the help they can get right now. And this ethos applies to flower sending too. Moreover, if you want to ditch the big impersonal national relay companies in exchange for lending your support to small local business. Then I am here to help.

Louise Avery Flowers, Hampshire, West-Sussex & Surrey Florist.

Louise Avery Flowers, that me, I’m Louise. I ‘m a studio based event florist, specialist in weddings AND all of life’s flower requiring events! My flower studio is in Liss, Hampshire which borders West-Sussex and Surrey. It’s a perfect position to be your local florist in all three counties.

Fresh flower vase bouquets with a little Louise Avery Flowers magic.

The gift bouquets that I provide are a little different. Firstly they arrive to the recipient already beautifully arranged. Not only are the flowers already arranged, but they are displayed in a glass vase to keep, Furthermore, the vase can then be re-used or re-cycled, thus reducing waste. Flowers in a container can quite simply drink water in transit, helping the flowers to last longer too. As a finish, tissue paper protects the vase. The vase and flowers are then presented in re-cyclable gift-paper packaging, or re-usable paper gift bags. All vase bouquets have the option of a small gift card with a short message being added.

Where do the flowers come from?

I use different flower sources and I am always really keen to use British Grown flowers and foliages as my first choice where-ever I can. So, my three main options are: Buying from New Covent Garden Flower Market in London where I have held trade accounts for years. Having flowers delivered to my flower studio directly from the Dutch auctions. And  I love to support British and local artisan growers as well as doing a little growing myself too!

English grown tulips and narcissi

Commercial availability is always a little ahead of our garden flowering time. So it follows that right now in the depths of winter, spring flowers are actually on the menu! Some of my favourites are stunning English grown Tulips from Spalding in Lincolnshire. These are produced by 5th generation specialists tulip growers and are certainly the best of British. Another firm favourite of mine are Cornish Isle of Scilly grown scented narcissi. There really isn’t anything better for a bit of mood-boosting, new season optimism and floral cheer!
